Budapest is a beautiful and historic destination and we recommend all delegates make time to explore the city. In addition to the core business elements of Routes Europe our Host, Budapest Airport and its partners, have kindly arranged a variety of complimentary and paid for tours which are on offer to all registered Routes Europe delegates.

Explore the region by visiting the historical sites of Budapest and experience the legendary Hungarian hospitality by registering for one of the complimentary city tours taking place on Saturday 11thand Sunday 12thMay. There will also be a chance for delegates to show off their football skills by competing in the Routes Europe Football Tournament.

Hungary is one of the oldest European countries, situated in the middle of the continent in Central Europe. It boasts one of the world's most beautiful cities: Budapest, the "Pearl of Danube" where you can view some amazing World Heritage Sites and experience the legendary Hungarian hospitality.

Further tours will be available for a small fee and more details can be found online. Find the footprints of the Barbarians, where the Roman ruins and Turkish monuments can be found side by side or trace early Catholicism and visit the largest operating synagogue in Europe.
