Airlines Attending Routes Africa 2013

Earlier this week two more airlines registered for Routes Africa, GOL Transportes and British Airways, and with over 30 airlines expected to attend in 2013 the event looks set to be the biggest Routes Africa so far.

With key carriers from the African region and beyond such as South African Airways, Vueling, Etihad Airways, Kenya Airways, Air Uganda, Ethiopian Airlines, Fastjet, EgyptAir, United Airlines and China Southern Airlines, Routes Africa will bring together more than 250 key players in the airline, airport and tourism industries.

So far there are three airlines due to deliver Route Exchange Briefings with Cornwell Muleya, CEO of Air Uganda and Richard Bodin, Chief Commercial Officer of Fastjet expecting to be discussing the airlines' growth strategies and the barriers they have encountered so far. These will be followed by a presentation from Kenya Airways’ Jimmy Kibati, Head of Network Planning & Airline Strategy. With these additions to the schedule, Routes Africa is on track to be content rich when you also consider the inclusion of the two day Strategy Summit.
