US tour operator Vacation Express, part of Sunwing Travel Group is to establish a new leisure link between Miami and Punta Cana this summer as it further grows its activities across the Caribbean, building on over 25 years of operations.

This new non-stop charter service will depart every week between March 24, 2016 and August 25, 2016 operating every Thursday. It will be operated by its partner carrier Swift Air using a 150-seat Boeing 737-400.

“We are happy to add Miami to our extensive line of exclusive departure cities, bringing our non-stop charter service to a total of 18 cities across the United States,” said Elma Placeres Dieppa, Senior Marketing Manager, Vacation Express.

The company already offers vacation packages on scheduled services from Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport to many destinations in the Caribbean.

“With the addition of our escorted tours from Miami to Cuba, expanding to include these exclusive non-stop flights to Punta Cana was a natural evolution,” added Placeres Dieppa.
