Low cost carrier Transavia.com France has announced plans to inaugurate service from its MOntepellier base to the city of Copenhagen. The route had previosuly been served by the now defunct Danish LCC, Sterling.

The new service will commence on May 21 and will be a 2x weekly service operated with B737-800. The new route comes as Transavia.com has also taken slots that were vacated in CPH with the demise of Sterling.
