Since June 27, 2012, Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport has been managed by an airport company, Martinique Aimé Césaire Airport Company (known as “SAMAC”) under a public service concession contract.
Société Anonyme with a Management Board and Supervisory Board with a capital of € 148,000, SAMAC inaugurated its new mode of governance on July 26, 2012. The State, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Martinique, the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique, the town of Lamentin and the town of Ducos, structure the shareholders of this company.
