Florianópolis International Airport gains unprecedented flights to Tucumán and Salta, in Argentina.
Reinforcing the international air network of the airport in the capital of Santa Catarina, Aerolíneas Argentinas announced that it will operate two new routes connecting Florianópolis to Tucumán and Salta (Argentina) during the next summer season. The flights will begin on January 1, 2026 and continue until April 6, 2026.
There will be two weekly flights to each destination, operated with Boeing 737-800 aircraft, with a capacity for 170 passengers. The flight time is approximately two hours.
Located in northern Argentina, these cities stand out for their preserved culture and history, as well as their lush landscapes nestled among mountains and valleys. Salta enchants with its colonial charm and Andean scenery. Tucumán, on the other hand, is famous for being the birthplace of Argentine independence.
Flights between Florianópolis and Tucumán will operate on Thursdays and Saturdays, according to the following schedule:
Thursday:
- Departure from Florianópolis (FLN): 3:50 PM | Arrival in Tucumán (TUC): 6:45 PM
- Departure from Tucumán (TUC): 4:45 PM | Arrival in Florianópolis (FLN): 7:14 PM
Saturday:
- Departure from Florianópolis (FLN): 10:35 AM | Arrival in Tucumán (TUC): 1:30 PM
- Departure from Tucumán (TUC): 11:05 AM | Arrival in Florianópolis (FLN): 1:35 PM
Flights to Salta operate on Mondays and Fridays, as detailed below:
Monday:
- Departure from Florianópolis (FLN): 4:20 PM | Arrival in Salta (SLA): 7:15 PM
- Departure from Salta (SLA): 10:40 AM | Arrival in Florianópolis (FLN): 1:15 PM
Friday:
- Departure from Florianópolis (FLN): 3:50 PM | Arrival in Salta (SLA): 6:45 PM
- Departure from Salta (SLA): 10:00 AM | Arrival in Florianópolis (FLN): 12:35 PM

With the two new routes, Florianópolis International Airport will offer direct flights to 11 destinations in the 2025/26 summer season – Lisbon, Panama City, Lima, Santiago, Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario, Tucumán, Salta, Montevideo and Asunción.
