Münster/Osnabrück Airport (FMO) remains in a top position for passenger satisfaction

The passenger rights organisation Airhelp analysed Google reviews of all German airports, in which FMO has scored 4.3 stars. FMO was ranked second nationwide and was Germany's most popular airport handling more than 1 million passengers per year.

Passengers appreciate the excellent airport experience with short distances, fast handling and friendly staff. In recent months, the airport has invested further in increasing passenger satisfaction by modernising the landside gastronomy outlet, sanitary facilities and car parks.
