About The Airport

Under the full trust of Angkor International Airport Investment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (AIAI),Yunnan Airinvestment (Cambodia) Airport Management Co., Ltd.(YACA), which was incorporated in Cambodia on August 29th, 2022, endeavours to provide high-quality operation and management services for the Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI).

YACA is wholly owned by Yunnan Airport Group (YAG). As a state-owned large enterprise, YAG, which owns and operates 19 airports in Yunnan Province, is an enterprise group with professional management expertise in the air transport industry. It integrates airport operation and management planning, construction, tourism, logistics, commerce, and architecture.

Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI), bearing the IATA code 'SAI', celebrated its grand opening on October 16, 2023. This momentous occasion marked a significant milestone in Cambodian aviation, establishing SAI as the country’s largest airport. With an impressive capacity to handle 58,000 flights annually and serve 7 million passengers, SAI is not only a gateway to the temples and beyond, but also a portal to history, culture, and adventure.
