A Message From the Team
Dear Customers, colleagues and friends,
We are truly living through difficult and exceptional times in our industry as COVID-19 spreads globally.
The most important priorities for all of us are personal, trying to keep ourselves and family members in good health as best we can by following the relevant governmental restrictions, and WHO recommendations as they develop.
In our working life, the Routes and ASM team are aware that in our business activities, airlines, airports and tourism authorities are facing unprecedented operational and demand challenges, and no-one can be certain how long they will impact us or how severe they may be.
When this business was created 25 years ago, the industry was very different from where we are now and no-one could have predicted some of the significant challenges we have been through over that period of time.
What we are experiencing now has, and continues to be, one of the most challenging events we have ever had to work through.
What we have learned throughout these periods of uncertainty, is that our role in the industry must change and adapt. And, when the time is right, in this robust resilient industry of ours that there will be a recovery.
In the meantime, we will do our best to provide support to you and all our host partners regarding:
- Providing updates on the global aviation market, what is happening, how airlines, airports, Tourism Authorities and Governments are reacting, where and when growth is resuming
- Maintaining engagement and communication channels, we all know time and priorities will be challenged but we will help to explore new and existing methods of communication
- Facilitating a safe space for the community to meet and share their current challenges
These are uncertain times and we all know we face some difficult times ahead.
