Frequently Asked Questions

The Routes team has put together our most frequenty asked questions, providing you with key information and essential news about our virtual event, Routes Reconnected.

What is Routes Reconnected?

Routes Reconnected is a virtual event designed to bring together the global route development to stimulate recovery and support the re-establishment of air services across the world, following the devastating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the industry.

Why is Routes Reconnected taking place?

Following the success of our inaugural Routes Reconnected event in November 2020, the second edition of Routes Reconnected will provide the community with a platform to continue important conversations, collaborating to overcome what has, and continues to be, one of the most challenging periods that the industry has ever faced. By hosting Routes Reconnected, we will provide a virtual forum that will support all our global partners in navigating the 'new normal' and working together to plan ahead for winter 2021, where many believe the recovery of the industry will begin in earnest.

When will the event take place?

Routes Reconnected will take place from Monday 26 April – Thursday 29 April 2021. View the full event programme for further details about the meetings, live and on-demand content and networking opportunities that will be available across the four event days.

How will Routes Reconnected work?

Facilitated through our bespoke virtual platform, Routes Reconnected will include virtual meetings, CEO interviews, airline briefings, and speed networking sessions. Our live and on-demand content and intuitive digital platform will allow delegates to connect with their peers and build diaries wherever they are in the world.
