Airport Transfers

Please submit your flight and hotel details via our online form. This information is required to inform the Airport Transfer and Intra-event Transfer arrangements for Routes Americas 2026.

Our host and travel team are currently finalising airport arrival and departure transfers for Routes Americas 2026. The full timetable will be available soon.

  • Transfers will run from and to both Rio De Janerio-Galeao International Airport (GIG) and Santos Dumont Airport (SDU).
  • Arrival transfers will run two days before the event from the airport to Official Hotels.
  • Departure transfers will run from the afternoon of the last day of the event and the morning after the event has finished.
