Airport Transfers
Airport arrival and departure transfers will be provided for both RIOgaleão - Aeroporto Internacional Tom Jobim (GIG) and Santos Dumont Airport (SDU) to and from Official Hotels. Airport departure transfers will also be provided from the Event Venue (ExpoRio CIDADE NOVA) to GIG and SDU after the final event day.
Please submit your flight and hotel details via our online form. This information is required to inform the Airport Transfer and Event Transfer arrangements for Routes Americas 2026.
