Responding to Meeting Requests for Airlines

Individual airline delegates will have access to their 'My Team' account where you can view meeting requests and allocate to the correct colleagues/table.

To respond, reschedule and allocate meeting requests, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the 'My Team' section in the top right-hand corner of the system.
  • Change your view to 'List' and 'Currently viewing' to your organisation name. You will now see requests submitted to your company's account. 
  • Individuals within your organisation can hover over headshots to see who has requested the meeting and click 'Reschedule' if you would like to accept.
  • From here, allocate the meeting to a specific table or team members by adding them into the request. You can also change the location, date and time to suit your schedule.
  • The rescheduled meeting will then be sent to the original requester to accept and will display within your colleagues diaries.

Each airline table has a profile to help manage meetings effectively and ensure your team's time is used efficiently. In the case where you'd like to move meetings to a different table:

  • To change the location of a meeting, click "Reschedule", add the correct table into the Invitees and select the table in Location.
  • Click "Send" and the rescheduled meeting will then be sent to the original requester to accept.
