Not Receiving Routes Weekly?

If you are not receiving our weekly news and analysis newsletter, Routes Weekly, it could be for one of the following reasons:

  • You are not subscribed to or unsubscribed from the newsletter - please subscribe here and we will add you to our mailing list.
  • Your email client or webmail is flagging us up as either SPAM or Junk mail.

If Routes Weekly is ending up in your SPAM or Junk Mail inbox, it is easy enough to add us to your email 'safe or white list'.

By adding us to your email safe list, it will mean our weekly newsletter arrives into your inbox, each and every Friday, without fail! You are instructing your email client that you want to receive emails from us, as quite often they will deem an email of this nature as unsolitered email, ie. SPAM

There are many email clients and webmail services in the market place, but Microsoft being the most commonly used to date, please follow the next steps on how to 'safe list' us:

Microsoft Outlook (2000-2016 & Express)

  1. Click on Actions, on the top row
  2. Select Junk E-Mail from the menu
  3. Select Add Senders Domain To Safe Senders List



  1. From your inbox, click on Contacts in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the New Contact button in the upper left.
  3. Copy and paste or type into the Email field in the right pane.
  4. Click Save to finish.

Apple Mail

  1. From your inbox, open the message from The Hub.
  2. In the From: line, click on Routesonline <> to bring up an options box.
  3. When it asks to add as a new contact, click the Add button.

Mozilla Thunderbird

  1. From your inbox, open your newsletter from The Hub.
  2. Right click on the sender's address Routesonline <>.
  3. Select the Add to Address Book option.

Yahoo! Mail

  1. Right click on the message from The Hub.
  2. Select Add Sender to Contacts.

MSN Hotmail

  1. From your inbox, open the message from The Hub.
  2. Under the From: line in the message itself, find the text that says Mark as Safe and click.
