Global Aviation Strategy Summit 2010

Vancouver, Canada - 20 September 2010 To 21 September 2010

The ICAO/World Bank/Routes Global Aviation Strategy Summit (formerly the Routes Leaders Forum) is a unique event where airline and airport Chairmen and CEOs come together in an informal setting to discuss the key issues currently affecting the air transport industry. There are no formal presentations, only focused panel discussions.

This makes for vibrant and stimulating interchange between industry leaders. The aim is not to discuss the past but to try and explore the way forward. The GASS is a must for those planning for the future in a turbulent environment.

The event will brings together some of the most highly respected senior industry experts from the airline,  airport  and academic sectors, industry suppliers  and  trade associations to discuss global issues and events that have a profound effect on sustainable air service development

Discussion panels will debate how we can collectively meet the challenges of today while creating a climate for expansion and development in the decades to come. In participating, this unique influential audience recruited by invitation only, will directly influence the environment in which the route planners and airport marketers attending World Routes can fulfil their mission.

The 2010 details are being finalised and the full line of panellists will be announced in coming weeks, however as only the most relevant, topical issues will be addressed in the sessions the programme will be subject to continual review.
