About The Airline

Founded in August 2008, CM Airlines is a Honduran airline holding an Air Operator Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Honduras, authorized to operate passenger and cargo services domestically and internationally. Headquartered in Tegucigalpa, the airline operates from key airports including Tegucigalpa (TGU Toncontín), San Pedro Sula (SAP), Roatán (RTB), La Ceiba (LCE), Guanaja (GJA), and Puerto Lempira (PEU), providing domestic services across Honduras as well as international flights linking San Pedro Sula (SAP)–Guatemala City (GUA) and Roatán (RTB)–Guatemala City (GUA)–San Salvador (SAL), in addition to charter operations across Honduras and Central America.

Since its inaugural Tegucigalpa–Puerto Lempira flight, CM Airlines has steadily expanded its network, fleet, and organizational capabilities. The airline has strengthened domestic and international connectivity through route growth, strategic alliances, interline and codeshare agreements, and full global distribution system (GDS) access. CM Airlines has consistently invested in technology, talent development, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Demonstrating resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic through humanitarian and charter operations, the airline successfully restored and expanded services post-pandemic. Today, CM Airlines operates under a renewed corporate strategy, supported by a robust safety culture and full implementation of all phases of the Safety Management System (SMS), positioning the airline for sustainable long-term growth and regional leadership.
