Ruili Airlines (IATA: DR, ICAO: RLH) is the first local airline based in Wuxi city, China. It is a subsidiary of Wuxi Communications Industry Group Co., Ltd. a company ranked among the “Top 500 Chinese Service Enterprises”. Ruili Airline is a Full Service Carrier based at Wuxi - Sunan Shoufang International Airport (WUX) and Kunming Changshui International Airport (KMG). Ruili Airlines also have other bases in Shenyang (SHE), Chengdu (TFU) and Mangshi (LUM).

Ruili Airlines provides domestic and International services with a fleet of Boeing aircrafts. Ruili Airlines fleet consists of 27 aircrafts (7 B737-700 aircrafts and 20 B737-800 aircrafts). Up to now, Ruili Airlines has been operating to more than 102 domestic flight services within China main cities. In terms of international flight services, Ruili Airlines currently operate flight services to 4 international countries which are:

Thailand: LJG=BKK, KMG=CNX & JHG=CNX
Myanmar: LUM=MDL
Vietnam: LJG=SGN, KMG=HPH & KMG=PQC
Cambodia: KMG=KOS & WUX=KOS

International flight plan for 2026: Ruili Airlines Intends to operate new international flight services to Korea, Indonesia, Phillippines and Malaysia.
