About The Airline
LATAM Airlines Group is Latin America’s leading airline group with one of the largest route networks in the world, offering air services to 160 destinations in 28 countries, and is present in five domestic markets in Latin America: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, in addition to its international operations in Latin America, Europe, the United States, the Caribbean, Oceania and Africa.
The company is employing over 35,000 people worldwide, operating more than 1,600 flights per day and transporting more than 80 million passengers per year.
LATAM is actively investing in its premium segment to enhance the customer experience. This includes introducing new Business Class Suites with doors on its wide-body fleet, which is a first for South America. The company also plans to equip all wide-body aircraft with Wi-Fi by 2026 and has implemented new Signature Check-in services. These initiatives have resulted in record-high customer satisfaction scores.
The airline group's consolidated fleet consists of 360 aircraft, including Airbus narrow-body planes, Boeing wide-body planes, and a dedicated fleet of 20 Boeing cargo aircraft. The company is in a phase of fleet expansion, having received 12 new aircraft in Q2 2025 and with more scheduled to arrive in the coming years. This expansion allows LATAM to reinforce its growth strategy by adding new routes, such as six new domestic routes in Brazil.
