Danish holding company announces planned investments including Aarhus Airport and fostering significant economic growth
Henrik Danielsen, CEO of Fairchild Denmark ApS, a Danish holding company, today announced that it will acquire and invest in a number of operating companies in Denmark, of which Aarhus Airport is intended to be the first.
In addition to its acquisition of Aarhus Airport, Fairchild intends to make substantial investments into the airport, including development of infrastructure to support several aviation and business areas, such as air freight and logistics. These businesses will be established as independent companies under Fairchild Denmark ApS. We are in dialogue and have agreements with several international freight companies.
Fairchild Denmark ApS aims to develop strategic infrastructures in Denmark, the Nordic countries and the Arctic. This development takes place in close cooperation with the local community, their respective governments and the country's total defense.
The financing behind Fairchild Denmark ApS, includes international capital (British based), Nordic Infrastructure financing, Investment Companies and Danish Funds, Pension Funds and business investors, including local Aarhus and Jutland-based businesses.
