Condor opened base at Münster/Osnabrück Airport (FMO)
Today marks a significant milestone for both Condor and FMO. Condor and its sister airline, Marabu Airlines, have operated at FMO for the past three summer seasons. However, the German airline is now strengthening its presence by establishing a base at the airport. During W26, an Airbus A320 will operate twice per week to Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Hurghada.
Throughout S27, Condor will continue to operate these three routes: Gran Canaria (1pw), Hurghada (2pw) and Tenerife (2pw). The well-established route to Palma de Mallorca (7pw) will continue during S27, starting earlier than usual in time for the Easter holidays at the end of March. The following destinations will be added in May next year: Fuerteventura (2pw), Rhodes (2pw), Heraklion (3pw) and Chania (2pw). Chania will be served from FMO for the first time, providing optimal access to the popular Greek island of Crete via two airports.
