EVA AIR deploys Boeing 777-300ER on Route Vienna – Bangkok - Taipei

Vienna International Airport welcomed the Boeing 777-300ER of the private Taiwanese airline EVA AIR with an exclusive “water salute” today in the morning. The new aircraft will be deployed as of now on the route Vienna – Bangkok – Taipei and v.v. and will replace the previous Airbus 330-200. With the new aircraft, Star Alliance EVA AIR scores triple: with more seats, with the exclusive Royal Laurel Class and, most of all, with the popular Elite Class. EVA AIR has actually set a milestone in the aviation business by introducing as one of the first airlines in 1992 this Premium Economy Class, then called „Evergreen Deluxe Class“.

Now – in good time for our 25th anniversary on the Vienna route - we are able to offer this modern aircraft with all its advantages and with an enhanced flight experience on the Central and Eastern European market.“

EVA AIR will continue flying four times a week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday – from Vienna via Bangkok to Taipei. Departure from Vienna is at 19:35 with arrival on the next day at 11:00 in Bangkok and, respectively, at 17:00 in Taipei. The return flight is on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from Taipei at 23:40 via Bangkok to Vienna Airport, arriving on the next day at 09:40 in the morning.
