Alitalia Inaugural

Due to the re-opening of the route Vienna-Rome Fiumicino by Alitalia an inaugural event was held on 28 March 2010. The new route was opened officially within a ribbon cutting ceremony at the gate.

The Italian carrier provides two scheduled flights per day from Vienna to Rome on seven days per week.

The flight schedule is as follows:

Vienna - Rome 12.20 - 1.55 pm                                      Rome - Vienna 10.10 - 11.40 am

Vienna - Rome   6:35 - 8.10 pm                                       Rome - Vienna   4.05 -   5.45 pm

The flights will be serviced by Canadair CR9 jets, which provide seating for 90 passengers.
