EASYJET FIRST FLIGHT TO LONDON GATWICK
On Tuesday 23rd June 2015 we welcomed the first flight from London Gatwick with easyJet,
the largest low-cost airline carrier of the United Kingdom. The flight will be on regularly twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, until 31th October the end of the summer flight schedule.
The flight was welcomed with the traditional water salute and ribbon cutting, which in this case in their honor was orange, the official colour of the company.
As usual a performance of the majorettes and local folk dancing group along with home-made sweets and drinks was arranged to welcome the passengers.
