American Airlines to operate daily Philadelphia–Keflavík flights in summer 2027

We’re pleased to announce that American Airlines will operate daily flights between Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Keflavík Airport (KEF) next summer.

The new service will commence on 27 May 2027 and operate daily through September, providing a direct connection between Iceland and Philadelphia. Flights will be operated with an Airbus A321neo.

The new route strengthens Keflavík Airport’s connectivity with the United States and gives passengers another direct option for travelling between Iceland and North America.

We’re delighted to welcome this new connection to Keflavík Airport and look forward to welcoming American Airlines and passengers travelling between Philadelphia and Iceland next summer.
