CityJet was founded in 1993 and became a subsidiary of Air France in 2000. The airline operates more than 900 weekly flights across its European network with a fleet of 35 aircraft (21 Avro RJ85, 12 Fokker 50 and 2 wet-leased Dornier 328).

CityJet’s operation is centred on its two main route networks:

1. London City Network: CityJet offers a choice of 20 destinations in United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and Germany.

2. Paris CDG Network: CityJet operates under the Air France brand various routes between Paris CDG and European cities.

Additionally CityJet operates a number of wet-lease routes for Air France, some niche operations and charter flights.
