Oman Airports Management Company S.A.O.C. (OAMC) is a closed joint stock company owned by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, OAMC is responsible for Managing, Maintaining and Operating Muscat International and Salalah Airports.
Muscat International Airport is the primary gateway to Oman, the airport is the hub base for Oman Air, 4.2m passengers traveled through Muscat International Airport during 2007. Salalah is situated in the southern region of Dhofar, the airport handles international schedule and charter flights all year round with strong demand for flights during the khareef season. Approximately 338,000 passengers traveled through Salalah Airport during 2007.
