Tourism Auckland is charged with marketing and promoting the region as a visitor destination locally, nationally and internationally. Areas of expertise include international marketing, conventions and incentives marketing and bidding, export education marketing, events marketing and media services. Tourism Auckland also advocates on behalf of the tourism sector and delivers product development initiatives, such as the Maori Guided Walk, Tamaki Hikoi.
