WIZZ AIR ANNOUNCES NEW ROUTES FROM KATOWICE

Wizz Air, Europe’s fastest growing and most sustainable* airline globally, today announced the addition of 2 new routes from Katowice Airport. The newest services from Katowice to Aqaba in Jordan, a long-awaited holiday destination and Brussels Charleroi in Belgium are all year round and will be operated twice weekly. New WIZZ routes are already on sale on wizzair.com or via the  mobile app.

Wizz Air started operations at Katowice Airport in May 2004 and has carried over 25 million passengers during the last 19 years of successful operations. With today’s announcement the airline will increase its offering from the Silesian region by adding new connections to Jordan and Belgium. Wizz Air remains highly committed to Katowice Airport – its hometown, to the Polish market and to extending great services paired with low fares to its passengers. The airline currently has 6 aircraft in its Katowice operational base which enable to offer 35 routes to 20 countries.
