SAFETY, QUALITY, AND EXTENSIVE COOPERATION: THE FOUNDATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Aviation safety is always ACV's top priority. In 2025, the entire airport network maintained absolute safety in flight operations with no serious incidents, meeting the stringent requirements of ICAO, IATA, and State management agencies.

On March 3, 2025, IATA awarded the ISAGO certification to ACV, confirming its ground handling capabilities meet international standards. Concurrently, ACV issued a system-wide set of ground handling standards, ranging from personnel conduct and equipment to operational procedures, creating ACV’s distinctive service culture.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION – TOWARDS SMART OPERATIONS

Digital infrastructure at airports has been upgraded and standardized, ensuring information safety and cybersecurity standards. The Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) system at Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat has helped optimize infrastructure, reduce flight delay rates, and minimize waiting times.

ACV has widely deployed the ACV-ID biometric identification system integrated with VNeID at airports. Passengers without checked baggage can check in, pass security, and board completely via automated technology, shortening waiting times and enhancing the flight experience.

ACV has developed and mastered technology with a solution suite including ACV iCUTE, AODB, FIDS, PAS, Veripax, ACV DCS, non-stop toll collection systems, Self Check-in Kiosks, Self Baggage Drop, and AI-applied automated broadcasting systems. These have been widely deployed, delivering a seamless and modern experience for passengers.

Furthermore, the master planning project to upgrade the IT infrastructure for the ACV building, connecting the network of 21 airports via SD-WAN, has been completed, creating a solid foundation for centralized and efficient executive management.

Achievements in digital transformation not only enhance management capabilities but also demonstrate ACV’s strategic vision in building a smart airport system aiming for international standards.

CORE VALUES IN DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Identifying people as the decisive factor, ACV always orients human resource development as a strategic focus. ACV has implemented the Scheme on improving the quality of human resources for the 2021-2025 period, developed a roadmap for the transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and built a new brand identity system, contributing to the development of a strong corporate culture.

2025 was also a year in which ACV actively carried out many social security programs to support the community.
