Created in 1999, CCR Group is one of the largest infrastructure companies in Latin America. Since 2012, CCR Airports operates Curaçao (CUR) , San Jose in Costa Rica (SFO), Quito in Ecuador (UIO) and Belo Horizonte in Brazil (CNF), in partnership with other shareholders. In 2021, CCR Airports won the 6º round of airports privatization in Brazil, becoming the largest network of airports, with 9 airports located in the Southern region and 6 airports distributed in the Central & Northeastern region of Brazil. The 9 airports in the southern region moved 12.5 million passengers in 2019, and the main international assets are Curitiba International Airport - Afonso Pena (CWB) (6,7 million passengers in 2019) and Foz do Iguaçu (IGU), gateway to the Iguassu Falls ) (2.3 million passengers in 2019). In the Central & Northeastern region (7.1 million passengers in 2019), the highlight for international traffic are  Goiânia (GO) – GYN, Capital of Goiás State and a pharmaceutical and agribusiness powerhouse ) (3.1 million passengers in 2019) and São Luís (MA) - SLZ , the gateway to Lençóis Maranhenses ) (1.6 million passengers in 2019).
