New Flights To Cyprus For Summer 2020

The airline Cyprus Airways announces the return of a direct flight between Geneva and Larnaca from 29 May to 23 October 2020. The company will operate every Friday a flight taking off from Geneva at 16:55 to arrive at 21:35 on the island of Cyprus. The return from Larnaca is scheduled at 13:00 to land at 16:05 in Geneva. An Airbus A319 with 144 Economy seats will be assigned to this service.

Established in 2016 and based at Larnaka International Airport, Cyprus Airways launched operations in June 2017, holding the trademark of the island’s national carrier. The relaunch of Cyprus Airways marks a significant milestone, both for the local aviation sector, and for the country as a whole. Having rebranded its visual identity to signify the beginning of a new era, Cyprus Airways developed all the necessary infrastructure for a safe and reliable airline.

In July 2018, Cyprus Airways has successfully passed the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), one of the highest standards in the world for airline operational safety.  In October 2018, the company became a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
