The path of development until 2018

December 16 Airport Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) and the Federal Air Transport Agency signed an agreement on co-investment in construction and reconstruction of the airport complex.

General Director of LLC "NOVAPORT", a member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Airport Tolmachevo" Mikhail SMIRNOV and the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) Alexander NERADKO signed an agreement on co-investment in construction and reconstruction of the Novosibirsk airport (Tolmachevo).

Under the Agreement, the airport Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) will attract more than 11 billion rubles of private investments until 2018. In the work on construction and reconstruction of the airport complex includes construction of four parking spaces for wide-bodied aircraft, class C Terminal, ground car park open to the transition gallery, shop and catering, as well as reconstruction of the terminal of international flights and transformer station TP 110/10.

The agreement was signed in accordance with Government Resolution dated December 5, 2001 N 848 "On the Federal Target Program" Development of Russian Transport System (2010-2015). "

According to this decision Rosaviatsia is a public customer of "Civil aviation" program. It provides funding from the federal budget, the budget of the Russian Federation subjects, as well as extra-budgetary funds. It is envisaged that the construction and reconstruction of the airport complexes will be produced with the involvement of private investors and with the use of public-private partnership (PPP).
