Evgeny YANKILEVICH assumed the leadership of the Tolmachevo Airport
Evgeny Yankilevich was appointed to the position of the General Director of JSC "Airport Tolmachevo"
Evgeny Yakirovich YANKILEVICH was born in 1968. He graduated Tomsk Institute of Automated Control Systems and Radioelectronics. Since 2003 he worked as a Deputy Director General of JSC «Tomsk Avia». Since 2006 he led the Company "Tomsk airport." From 2011 he is studying at the National Research Polytechnic University (Tomsk) and he is a candidate of master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Under the leadership of Eugeny YANKILEVICH the Tomsk airport in recent years has dynamic development. Particularly in 2011 was started a massive reconstruction of the airport complex, which area will be increased threefold. Also the new seven-story office building is under construction. The total cost of the work is 730 million rubles. For implementation of this reconstruction are actively involved both private and public investment (the airport is involved in a number of federal programs). The Airport "Tomsk" has an international status and in 2012 there will be opened the crossing point across the border in Russia.
In his new position Evgeny YANKILEVICH plans to focus on strengthening of the Tolmachevo Airport's leading positions in the aviation market and increasing of the investment attractiveness of the airport. Also there will be continued activities on improving the airport infrastructure; on attraction of new airline partners; on the development of the route network, will be continued activities aimed on creating of the most comfortable environment for passengers; on resolution of motivation and staff development issues.
