Sofia Airport supports the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, Bulgaria 2015
Sofia Airport is a proud partner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 which will take place in the Bulgarian capital on 21st November.
Sofia was nominated a host of the 13 edition of the Junior Eurovision as a sign of acknowledgement to the outstanding performance of the Bulgarian trio Krisiya, Hasan and Ibrahim last year in Malta.
The song contest, part of the “Eurovision Family Events”, will welcome on stage participants from 18 countries (including Australia).
As the best connected international airport in the country, Sofia Airport will first welcome the participants and the jury members. Two weeks before the date of the fabulous concert, the airport terminal daily resounds by voices of young Bulgarian singers. Children’s live performances are a tribute to the talent and youth that meet in Sofia for a song contest which motto is #Discover.
The united forces of the host expect that the Junior Eurovision, Bulgaria 2015 will contribute to enhanced country visibility and will attract more visitors to this “worth to be seen” place, rich in natural beauty, cultural heritage and friendly people.
