ZRH: Edelweiss christened its 14th A320
On Monday, 4 March the A320, HB-JLP, was christened "Elm".
The traditional naming ceremony was performed by Vreni Schneider, former ski racer and Swiss sportswoman of the century, and Markus Gander, Chief Product Officer at Edelweiss. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Sportbahnen Elm and VISIT Glarnerland. The celebrations were accompanied by music from the Chlytal yodel choir.
As a sign of the partnership, the representatives of the Elm vacation region are placing an Edelweiss wooden bench in the shape of an airplane seat. Hiker can enjoy the most beautiful views from this bench and dream of their next vacation. Almost like in an airplane.
