Tbilisi Airport starts to host Dammam flights of Georgian Airways

Tbilisi International Airport, operated by TAV Georgia, welcomed the first flight from Dammam, Saudi Arabia performed by Georgian Airways on July 13, 2016. Tbilisi International Airport hosted a celebration cocktail attended by the representatives of TAV Georgia, Georgian Airways and the passengers.

Georgian Airways will perform reciprocal direct flights from Tbilisi to Dammam on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays by Boeing 735/737 and CRJ 100 type aircrafts, between July 13th and September 18th. The charter flights operated by Georgian Airways will be performed in cooperation with Yekta Safar Georgia, Seven Sky and Dream Travel.

TAV Georgia provided services to more than 2 million passengers at Batumi and Tbilisi airports in 2015 with a 16 percent increase when compared to the previous year.
