Madinah Airport welcomes first flight of AirAsia

Madinah Airport started hosting Kuala Lumpur flights of AirAsia, a Malaysian airline company.

Operated by Tibah Airports Operation Company, which is the consortium formed by TAV Airports, Al Rajhi and Saudi Oger, Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport welcomed the first Kuala Lumpur flight launched by AirAsia. The flight landed at Madinah Airport on Monday, November 21st, at 7:00 PM, 327 passengers and cabin crew arriving from Kuala Lumpur on an Airbus 330 were welcomed with gifts & roses to celebrate the first flight of AirAsia, which has recently been included to Madinah Airport’s flight network.

AirAsia will perform 4 weekly flights to Madinah from Kuala Lumpur throughout the winter season.
