Register for Routes Europe 2017
Once your have registration has been processed, you will be contacted by our dedicated registration team with your Personal Registration Code (PRC).
If you think you should have received your PRC and haven't yet received an email please contact Naomi Guy, Senior Sales Support Executive.
Scheduling opens: 13 March 2017
To access the meetings request site, login to Routesonline and navigate to the home page. Enter your PRC where it says "Request your Face-to-Face Meetings."
Request your face-to-face meetings
You will be able to amend your meeting requests at any time up until scheduling closes.
Receive your draft diary: 10 April 2017
Your draft diary will be available online, this will highlight the meetings that have been secured for you at this time.
Airlines: Maximise the effectiveness of your meetings by updating your ‘airline requirements’ on your Routesonline profile. Outline the key information that organisations should be able to provide you with during your meetings at Routes Europe.

Scheduling closes: 19 April 2017
Scheduling closes on Wednesday 19 April at 5pm (GMT). We will then draw up your final diary ahead of Routes Europe.
Final diary available: 22 April 2017
You can view your final diary online or through the Routes event app from Saturday 22 April.
Collect your printed diary: 23 April 2017
You can collect a printed copy of your diary from the Diary Advice Desk at Routes Europe in Belfast from Sunday 23 April.
Request further meetings on-site
You'll be able to access our On-site Meeting System and request any meetings that are not already in your diary, through the Routes event app.
