Xiamen Airlines was established in 1984 and is headquartered in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, located on China's southeastern coast. As a member of the SkyTeam Alliance, Xiamen Airlines currently operates a fleet of 220 aircrafts, including 10 wide-body aircrafts: 4 Boeing 787-8s and 6 787-9s. Xiamen Airlines operates over 400 domestic and international routes spanning Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australia, transporting more than 43 million passengers annually and serving over 31 million frequent flyers. Since 2022, Xiamen Airlines has been honored with the APEX World Class Award for four consecutive years, making it China's first and only airline to receive this distinction.
