Participating in the program as an invited guest, ACV highlighted its increasingly significant role and position within the national aviation–tourism value chain, particularly in initiatives aimed at promoting new international air routes.
As the operator and manager of 22 airports nationwide, ACV not only serves as the provider of aviation infrastructure but also acts as a strategic partner for local authorities, airlines and enterprises in destination connectivity, network expansion and tourism growth. ACV’s presence at the program conveyed a clear message of its commitment to accompanying Hue City and Quang Tri Province in their international aviation development roadmap, while reaffirming its infrastructure readiness, operational capability and technical support capacity at Phu Bai International Airport to accommodate new air services from the South Korean market—one of Vietnam’s key international source markets.
Within the framework of the events in Seoul and Busan, ACV delivered two presentations introducing an overview of the airport system managed by ACV, while analyzing the potential for operating the Seoul–Hue and Busan–Hue routes based on market data, travel trends of Korean visitors, and the competitive advantages of the destination. The presentations also highlighted the feasibility in terms of infrastructure, operational capacity and market demand, providing a solid basis for airlines and partners to consider the launch of charter flights, progressing toward regular commercial services.
