Kraków Airport is “the FASTEST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD”
Kraków Airport won the title of “the FASTEST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD” during the air transport industry’s annual charity race, “bud:runway run”.
Kraków Airport is “the FASTEST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD”
On the 6th of September during the air transport industry’s annual charity race, “bud:runway run” Kraków Airport won the title of “the FASTEST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD”, beating several other airport teams from all over the world. The race gathered over 600 runners representing 61 airlines and 48 airports and other aviation related industries that competed up to 12 km course (four lengths of the Budapest runway). Our team was represented by Monika Nowak, Paweł Galiak, Artur Staniszewski and Tomasz Starzyński. Despite high humidity, scorching heat and above all the very hard competition from all participants Kraków Airport Team raised their game and proudly presents the title of the FASTEST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD. Moreover Kraków Airport has another reason to celebrate, which is a great second place won by our team member Monika Nowak in the individual race in the category fastest women.
