Volotea launches 2 new routes from MRS this winter
Few months after launching its new base in MRS, Volotea reports 1st half year results and announces 2 new routes to Canary Islands.
From January to June 2018, the Spanish airlines has flown more than 100,000 passengers from MRS airport, meaning 80% growth vs last year, and a load factor reaching 92%.
Those fantastic results encourage Volotea to develop its program from MRS and the airline will launch 2 new routes to Canary Islands, starting this winter season:
- Lanzarote, 1 weekly flight (Saturday), from December, 22nd
- Furteventura, 1 weekly flight (Sunday), from December, 23rd
Thanks to those 2 new destinations, Volotea flies now to 21 destinations in 7 countries from Marseille Provence airport, ranking 2nd biggest airline in number of destinations.
