Volotea to launch 6 new routes from Marseille Provence!
Today November 8th, Volotea held a press conference in Marseille to announce 2 new routes this winter and 4 next summer.
Volotea has carried more than half-a-million passengers in Marseille.
In 2019, 23 destinations (including 13 exclusives) will be operated by the Spanish airline from Marseille Provence.
This represesents 380,000 seats available next year, growing by 34% compared to 2018.
Encouraged by a strong performance in 2018 (94% LF with capacity increased by 77%), Volotea will add 6 new routes from its MRS base!
Starting in December:
- Fuerteventura FUE (1 weekly flight)
- Lanzarote ACE (1 weekly flight)
Starting next summer:
- Luxembourg LUX (2 weekly flights)
- Cagliari CAG (Up to 2 weekly flights)
- Bari BRI (2 weekly flights)
- Rijeka RJK (1 weekly flight)
In total, 4 domestic routes (Biarritz, Caen, Rennes and Strasbourg) will be operated and 19 international (Bari, Cagliari, Corfou, Dubrovnik, Faro, Fuerteventura, Héraklion, Lanzarote, Luxembourg, Minorque, Mykonos, Naples, Palma de Majorque, Prague, Rijeka, Santorin, Split, Venice and Vienna).
