Frontier Announces Year-round Service between Pittsburgh and San Diego

Frontier Airlines has announced new nonstop service between Pittsburgh International Airport and San Diego, with twice weekly flights launching on August 13.

Frontier will offer flights on Mondays and Fridays. Flights will depart Pittsburgh at 9:46 a.m. and arrive in San Diego at 11:52 a.m., while return flights will leave San Diego at 10:17 a.m. and arrive in Pittsburgh at 6:42 p.m.

Daniel Shurz, senior vice president of commercial for Frontier Airlines, commented “We’re offering not only amazing low fares, but a reliable and friendly service that allows customers to customize their travel experience to their needs and budget. San Diego will be the third city the carrier serves from the airport, joining Orlando and Denver.
