Southampton Airport launches enhanced Priority Lounge

On the 7th December, Southampton Airport celebrated the launch of its improved Priority Lounge. Guests were invited to come and try the enhanced airport lounge offering with particular focus on the brand new food menu which comes from a range of brilliant local suppliers.

Piglets Pantry, Conker Gin, The Handmade Cake Company, New Forest Spring Water and Harvey and Brockless Cheese Cellar are just some of the new suppliers for the airport lounge. Great care was taken to choose a range of regional suppliers who would fit well with the improved feel of the lounge. As such the Priority Lounge now offers a refreshed menu which alternates throughout the day with suitable food for the morning as well as the afternoon.

The lounge is also under new management which offers a dedicated team delivering an improved service throughout the day. So far feedback on the updated lounge offering has been very positive with many passengers tweeting their delight on the service as well as the range of food and drink on offer.

The new menu offers a wonderful selection of regional food for all to enjoy and the dedicated team are there to ensure you are comfortable before your flight. We hope to see many more passengers trying out this great facility in 2017.”

The Southampton Airport Priority Lounge is available to all traveling out the airport and can be found on the top floor of the Departure Lounge. The lounge can be pre booked at along with the airports other Priority products such as Priority Parking and Priority Security. Passengers are also welcome to arrive at the lounge and pay at the door or can use the new self-service booking kiosk located by Security in the main concourse.
