Located 17 km southeast of the city centre, Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) is Georgia’s principal international gateway and an important aviation hub for the Caucasus region. The airport handled 5.4 million passengers in 2025, serving 69 destinations with 63 airlines.
TBS is accredited at Level 3 under the ACI Airport Carbon Accreditation programme. In 2025, it was named among the Best Airports in Eastern Europe and ranked among the Top 10 airports in its region at the Skytrax World Airport Awards.
