Wizz Air announces the new Turin-Tirana connection

Four weekly frequencies from 16 July 2020

In the 2020 summer season, the airline's news from Turin doubles.

Caselle Torinese, 29 May 2020 - Wizz Air, the main low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces the expansion of its network from Turin with a new route to Tirana. Flights to Albania's capital will be operated four times a July 16, 2020 in week, with rates starting from € 19.99 * and tickets on sale from today.

Tirana, capital of an emerging country on the tourist front, is the perfect destination for those looking for one escape to a destination rich in culture and an invaluable architectural heritage.

In 2020 Wizz Air will offer approximately 37,000 seats on the low-cost Turin-Tirana route. This flight will serve also the Albanian community residing in Piedmont, which includes over 40 thousand people, and will allow therefore to bring the two territories closer, strengthening ties on the commercial and tourist front.

In the summer of 2020, therefore, the news of Wizz Air from Turin will double: on 1 August 2020 it will take in fact, the Turin-Iasi route, announced in recent months, also starts.

The Albanian capital and the Romanian destination are thus added to the Wizz Air network, which it now provides Turin connects four destinations: besides Tirana and Iasi, Chisinau, in Moldova, and Bucharest, in Romania.
