Torino Airport launches the offer ‘Let’s fly your weekends’

The promotion is valid until the end of November and only for purchases made through the e-commerce channel or the App of Torino Airport

Caselle Torinese, September, 16, 2020 – Torino Airport today announced the launch of the new promotion ‘Let’s fly your weekends’. From today and until the end of November, Torino Airport allows customers to park their car on weekends for only € 9.99, instead of € 29, to the multi-storey parking covered and uncovered.

The promotion is valid until the end of November for stops with admission from 10 AM on Friday to 12 AM on Monday, only for online purchases made through the e-commerce portal or the App of Torino Airport.

This unprecedented initiative aims to support in the autumn months the wish to travel already manifested by the catchment area of Turin during the summer.

"The traffic data of the summer months have highlighted an increasing trend of the flight demand from Turin, in particular for some domestic destinations in Southern Italy - declares Andrea Andorno, Chief Executive Officer of Torino Airport -. This trend confirms that the wish to travel from our territory, even in a health emergency situation due to Covid-19, has not decreased. With the promotion ‘Let’s fly your weekends' we want to bring the airport even closer to the city and provide our customers the opportunity to take advantage of the autumn months to spend short breaks in their favourite destinations without worries".

Parking at the official car parks of Torino Airport, allows travelers to use their car in maximum safety. All the official parking areas of the Airport are regularly sanitized and manned by staff, as well as adjacent to the Terminal and do not require the use of shuttles: this allows travelers to leave their car parked in complete serenity, carrying the keys with them.

"We hope that matching the car park product at such an advantageous price, combined with the wide fare availability of carriers operating on Turin can be a concrete support to tourism and air transport", continues Andorno.

There is a wide choice between the destinations that can be reached with the weekend combination, thanks to the fact that some of them are served by several airlines.
The main domestic destinations are served by direct flights and here are some of the options for non-stop flights to take advantage of the weekend offer:

• Bari: served by Blue Air and Ryanair;
• Cagliari: served by Blue Air and Volotea;
•  Catania: served by Blue Air, Ryanair and Volotea;
• Lamezia Terme: served by Blue Air;
• Naples: served by Blue Air, easyJet and Volotea;
• Palermo: served by Ryanair and Volotea;
• Rome: served by Alitalia, which through its hub also allows travelers to reach many other national and international destinations.
