We are currently working closely with our host team in Bahrain to confirm the schedule for airport and intra-event transfers to/from all Official Hotels.

City Centre Hotels

We have eight city centre hotels with recognisable international brands that are easily accessible from Bahrain International Airport in approximately 15-20 minutes’ drive. The city centre hotels transfer on event days will take approximately 30-40 minutes, running at regular intervals directly to the Event Venue. The city centre is close to shopping malls, the restaurant district Block 338 and the Networking Evening location.

Travel and Hotel Details

With Routes World fast approaching, please complete the Travel and Hotel form at your earliest convenience. This information is used as part of our event transfer arrangements from both the airport and official hotels.

In addition to your travel arrangements, you will also find within the form a dietary requirements section. It is important that you complete this section so that we can share this information with the event caterers in advance of the event.
