Airport Transfers

Our host and travel team are currently finalising airport arrival and departure transfers for Routes Europe 2027. The full timetable will be available closer to the event.

Antalya International Airport (AYT) is one of the Mediterranean’s leading aviation hubs, offering direct connections to major cities across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

To assist with airport meet-and-greet services, hotel coordination, and event transportation planning, delegates are encouraged to submit their flight and accommodation details through the official Routes Europe 2027 platform before travelling. This form will be available soon. 

• Transfers will run from Antalya Airport (AYT), located about 45-minutes journey from Official Hotels and the event venue. 
• Arrival transfers will run two days before the event on Sunday 18th April and Monday 19th April from Antalya Airport to Official Hotels.
• Departure transfers will run from the afternoon of the last day of the event Thursday 22nd February and the morning after the event has finished on Friday 21st Feburary.
